How to submit your design packet
Checklist:
* Registration form (see documents page for this form or pick up a packet)
*Diagram with measurements shown (this can be on notebook paper, graph paper, however you'd like to show us your design--as long as the measurements are labeled. Remember, up to 550 sqare feet not including an optional patio and/or porch!
* 300 words or less telling us about your design.
*Interview sheet from your interview of someone 55 or over with their signature and contact information (500 words or less please)
*Signature page verifying that the design is yours and that you are donating the design to Tiny Homes, Big Futures and the Phelps Business Development and Tourism Council in perpetuity.
*If AI is used, an explanation about how it was used to improve the process or design.

When you're ready to share your design packet with our team you'll be able to upload to this site or drop off at one of a dozen locations around the county. Current drop off locations include Geneva Public Library and Ontario Chamber (Canandaigua), Clifton Springs Library, Victor Farmington Library, Genecco's Produce (Farmington) Windy Hill Farm (corner of route 96 and route 88, Phelps).
