Photo Release:  I understand that publicity photos may be taken for this project and I am giving permission for my image and any photos of myself and my design to be published and shared connected to this competition only to include the Tiny Home, Big Futures and the Phelps BDTC website and social networking sites as well as any local or regional news stories that are done and any AARP media releases.  I understand that if I am under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign this also.

Design Release: I understand that once I submit my design for this competition the

Design becomes the property of the Phelps Business Development and Tourism Council as well as the Tiny Homes, Big Futures project. I will be considered for one of ten $500 prizes but will be unable to personally profit from or contest ownership of the design once it is submitted.
