Suggested Interview Questions

Here are some possible questions to ask 
the person you interview.  The interview needs to be with someone aged 55+. This can be a relative or friend and can be a phone interview.
These are not the required questions, just suggestions:
*If you were designing a home for yourself so that you could live independently for a long time, what would you want to make sure was included?
*What would you make sure was not included? 
*What would make the space feel welcoming and warm to you?

Please have the person you interview sign their name at the bottom of the interview sheet, include their phone number.  500 words or less.
